Special Promotion

For patients with approved insurance coverage SpectraCell is waiving all patient financial responsibility for retesting of their Micronutrient and Lipoprotein Particle Profile™ (LPP™) Testing through December 31, 2011.

How the Program Works

• Prepayment is waived and patients will receive no further bills for uncovered or disallowed tests, or other charges.*
• A copy of the valid insurance card must be submitted with the requisition.
• Valid for retesting patients that have already received the testing at least once this calendar year. This offer is non-transferrable.
• You must attach a copy of this flyer to the requisition form submitted with the specimen sample and mark "Retest" in the amount paid box on the requisition.
• Promotion expires December 31, 2011.

*Not available for Micronutrient Testing for Blue Cross Blue Shield patients drawn in
TX, IL, NM, OK, NC and SC, or Cigna patients. This promotion is not available for medicare patients.
