Dr. Cathy Ostroff has had a successful chiropractic practice since 1978. A graduate of Rutgers University, she earned her BA in psychology and anthropology. Dr. Ostroff received her DC-Doctor of Chiropractic in 1977 from the New York Chiropractic College of SUNY. In 2010 Dr. Ostroff became a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist. She holds advanced certification from Activator Methods and is a past instructor of anatomy and physiology at St. Peter’s Collge.
Dr. Ostroff trained at the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy and completed certification as a Master Homeopathic Clinician in 1997. She completed 4 years of additional course work in classical homeopathy at the New York School for Homeopathy and Teleosis Institute in New York City.
In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Ostroff utilizes homeopathy, clinical nutrition and craniosacral therapy to treat a wide variety of ailments and is certified in blood chemistry analysis using a holistic-nutrition model. Since 2002, she has completed over 80 hours of training in functional/alternative based medicine approaches to healing, specializing in gut related, auto-immune and sleep disorders and hormonal imbalances.
A pioneering advocate of holistic-based health care, Dr. Ostroff practices with like-minded health professionals including clinical psychologists and massage therapists at the offices in Florham Park.
