Insurance information
We accept insurance for chiropractic care and participate in Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Triad and Medicare. We will file claims for other plans as an out-of-network provider if your plan covers chiropractic services. Nutritional/homeopathic services are not covered by insurance. Each contract between an employer and a health insurance company is unique. We urge you to call your primary health insurance company to find our if your plan covers chiropractic and what the specific coverages and limitations are. We will assist you in any way that we can.
